Refund Policy
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, email sales@bayedmarket.com with your order number and the item details. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, email sales@bayedmarket.com within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods such as opened food or beverages, and any item not in its original condition, cannot be returned.
Shipping Your Return
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
